The South Florida woman who flipped out on a Miami-Dade judge when she was told she'd be staying behind bars on an attempted murder charge was back in court Tuesday where she was again denied bond but made no outbursts.
Blanca Gemma Regalado, 53, appeared again before Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat, who explained why he ordered her held without bond Monday.
"You have been charged by the police with a very serious crime," Rodriguez-Chomat said, as Regalado silently nodded. "I set no bond because the charges against you are not bondable and then you got very emotional."

It was a stark contrast from Monday's appearance, when Regalado, who was sitting in a wheelchair, started wailing when Rodriguez-Chomat informed her she would be staying in jail.
"My husband broke my leg! Please don't, no! Don't, don't don't! Please, my husband broke my leg!" she screamed as a court officer wheeled her out of the proceeding.
During Tuesday's hearing, Regalado's attorney, Patricia Jones, argued unsuccessfully for her release and said her client needs medical attention, which was approved by Rodriguez-Chomat. Jones didn't confirm whether Regalado's leg was broken or elaborate on what medical treatment she needs.
"[She's doing] as well as anybody can be expected to be, with the gravity of the charges against her," Jones said. "This is an extremely stressful experience."

Jones also refused to comment when asked if Regalado was a victim of domestic violence.
Police say Regalado was arrested early Saturday after officers responded to a domestic violence call at her home in the 1800 block of Bayshore Drive and found her husband, 56-year-old Francisco J. Martinez, with several stab wounds to his abdomen, Miami Police said.
"I did it! My husband is a drunk. I'm tired of him and I stabbed him," Regalado told an officer in Spanish, according to an arrest affidavit.
She said her husband becomes aggressive when he drinks and she had prepared a Swiss Army knife in her dresser for "the next fight," the affidavit said.
Regalado's husband was stabbed approximately six times in his upper abdomen, right leg and right arm, and had his liver punctured. He was listed in serious but stable condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center.
When the officer told Regalado her husband would be alright, she replied "No, I want him dead," the affidavit said. Police said she was uncooperative with detectives throughout the investigation.
Rodriguez-Chomat is the same judge who was sitting on the bench last month when 18-year-old Penelope Soto flipped him the bird during her first court appearance on a drug possession charge. He gave her a 30-day sentence for contempt of court but dropped it four days later when she apologized to him.
