A Miami Beach woman had the winning ticket in a $16 million Florida Lotto jackpot.
Magali Prins Nogueira chose to receive a one-time, lump-sum payment of $11,466,184.40, the Florida Lottery said Friday.

Nogueira’s ticket, which was a gift from her daughter, was bought at the Publix located at 9400 Harding Ave. in Surfside.
With her money, Nogueira hopes to buy a house, according to the Florida Lottery.

The Publix in Surfside received a $65,000 bonus commission for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.
The next Florida Lotto drawing will be Saturday at 11:15 p.m.
