South Florida residents are getting to drive Jaguar cars fast at an event on the property of Sun Life Stadium this weekend.
“We’re here with all the Jaguar models, letting people come out, just experience them firsthand,” said Wes Hill of Jaguar.
The “Jaguar Alive Driving Experience” began Friday, and the free event continues Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Jaguar pulled into Miami Gardens after taking its luxurious, high-performance model lineup all over the country, giving some consumers an experience they can drive away with.
“I’ve driven a lot of sports cars, and Jaguar’s come definitely a long ways in a couple of years, so very, very impressive,” said consumer Eric Dejon.
Inside the tent or outside on the racecourse, the event is designed so participants get the full experience of a Jaguar, rain or shine.
Alissa Krochenski said her turn driving was “amazing.”
“It was so much fun! It was a huge adrenaline rush!” she said.
Hill said the company is not trying to sell cars at the event.
“We just want people to come out and have fun,” he said.
