The grandson of the founder of the Hilton hotel empire and cousin of Paris Hilton was arrested on a battery charge after he shoved a woman inside a restaurant, Boca Raton Police said.
Conrad N. Hilton III, 53, was arrested on a domestic battery charge early Sunday following a physical altercation inside Abe & Louie's at 2200 W. Glades Road, according to a Boca Raton Police report.
Hilton was released Monday, according to jail records. It was unknown whether he has an attorney.
According to the report, an officer had responded to the restaurant for a call of three people who wouldn't pay their $531.06 dinner tab.
While the officer was outside the restaurant, he saw Hilton grab the woman by her shoulders and push her, causing her to take several steps back, the report said.
The woman told the officer Hilton "is a good man but is slightly intoxicated," the report said. She also said she didn't want to discuss why she had been pushed, the report said.
A server at the restaurant also witnessed the battery, the report said.
