Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death in northeast Miami Wednesday morning.
The unidentified man was shot and killed around 2:45 a.m. in the 300 block of Northeast 80th Terrace, Miami Police said.
His body was found lying against a wall of an apartment complex, police said.
Police haven't given any information about a suspect or suspects and the details of the shooting were unknown.
Jill Gedeon, who lives in the apartment complex, told NBC 6 South Florida she was awake and heard a gunshot.
"I heard like a loud bang, like a white light," Gedeon said. "I don't know what to think really, it's mind boggling. I can't wrap my head around it."
