Dr. Orlando Llorente arrived at his home in the Roads Friday afternoon wearing an ankle monitor.
This was the first time the 41-year-old Miami plastic surgeon had been out of jail since he was arrested May 7th and charged with kidnapping and attempted murder.
According to a Miami Police report, he tortured his ex-girlfriend, dragged her by the hair into the bathroom, stuck her head in the toilet and banged her head on the floor.
A judge set Llorente's bond at $100,000 last week.
Llorente was in court earlier Friday morning when a judge read him one of the conditions of his release: that he surrender all his firearms and ammunition.
A neighbor said police confiscated the weapons at his home on Thursday.
Llorente is allowed to leave his house to meet with attorneys, attend court hearings and to deal with work matters, as long as he is first cleared by his GPS supervisor.
He is due back in court June 10th.
