An elderly scooter rider was in critical condition after they were involved in a crash in Fort Lauderdale Tuesday morning, officials said.
The crash happened around 6 a.m. in the 1700 block of East Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue officials said.
The victim,who wasn't identified, was taken to Broward General Medical Center in critical condition, officials said.
The details of the crash were unknown and authorities were still at the scene investigating the incident early Tuesday.
