The Fort Lauderdale Police has released images of a possible suspect vehicle in which two people are believed to have fled after robbing and stabbing a parking lot valet attendant.
The car is believed to be a silver Oldsmobile Alero.
The robbery happened on Memorial Day, when Luis Alberto Valdes, 53, was found stabbed and bleeding on the sidewalk.
Surveillance video obtained by police also shows the two suspects casually walking down the street moments before they robbed Valdes.
The suspects went into the parking lot armed with a knife and demanded that the valet give them his wallet, police said.
Video obtained by police also showed the men running and leaving Valdes bleeding on the sidewalk, according to police.
Valdes spent five days in the hospital, and says if not for a woman who happened to pass by, a woman who called 911 immediately, he would've bled to death in the parking lot. Now Valdes says he feels like God has given him a second chance at life.
"Yes, second chance, maybe I going back to my country," the Peruvian immigrant said.
Authorities ask anyone with information on the case to call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS, or Det. Justin Moody at 954-828-4018.
