After a breezy Sunday, the work week will start off dry and sunny, but showers and storms will roll in rapidly.
Monday will see partly sunny skies and breezy highs near 90 degrees, with a low chance of showers.
The rain will come back Tuesday, bringing a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms for the rest of the work week.

The risk of rip currents will remain high.
Forecasters are also monitoring a disturbance in the Atlantic that they has a 60 percent chance of turning into a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours, according to the National Weather Service. If the disturbance develops into a tropical storm, it would become Tropical Storm Chantal.
It is still too early to determine whether or not the disturbance will have an impact on Florida.
