Police are investigating after a man was stripped naked and shot during an armed robbery in Miami early Tuesday.
The shooting happened around 2 a.m. in the area of Northeast 31st Street and Biscayne Boulevard.
Witnesses said a woman and her boyfriend were approached by two men, who demanded money and ordered them to take their clothes off.
At one point, the man was shot in the stomach and the woman ran to a nearby parking lot to get help after the suspects fled the scene.
"We saw the guy, he was slumped over, there was blood everywhere," said witness Sean Freeman, who said he found the man naked lying in the street about 25 minutes after hearing gunshots. "It was really hard to stay there because there was so much blood."
Freeman said he stayed with the couple until an ambulance arrived.
Police were at the scene early Tuesday but haven't given any information on the incident and the man's condition was unknown.
