Four passengers on a trolley were taken to a hospital after a three-vehicle crash in Fort Lauderdale Wednesday evening, authorities said.
The trolley crashed into the side of a building, leaving a hole in a wall.
Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue responded at about 6:40 p.m. to the accident at 600 Seabreeze Blvd. that involved the trolley and two other vehicles, city spokesman Matt Little said.
Four people were taken to Broward Health Medical Center, one of them as a trauma alert, he said.
No one inside or outside the building was struck, Fort Lauderdale Police spokeswoman Det. DeAnna Greenlaw said.
She said it’s too early to determine the cause of the crash.
