Family members on Wednesday said an elderly woman and her grandson found dead inside their home were executed.

Relatives say they believe more than one person killed Annette Anderson and 20-year-old Tyrone Walker Jr.

Miami Gardens pastor and family member Virgil Walker is still in shock over the horrific incident.

"My mother-in-law and my nephew was tortured and executed in their home," he said.

Detectives say Wednesday they're pulling out all the stops to find out who killed Anderson and her grandson. Pastor Walker talked about some of the details of the crime, saying both victims were tied up, blindfolded, gagged and shot.

"You're talking about a woman 70 years of age. Elderly woman that you tie this woman up and then execute he, talking about a kid you do the same thing to its these kinds of people who commit these kinds of crimes that ought not to be in the society we live in," Walker said.

Miami Gardens Police discovered their bodies Tuesday after a friend told them she hadn't seen Anderson in days.

Tyrone Walker Sr. stated: "His three sisters are taking it real rough. Not understanding why their brother and grandmother, a community activist and ordained minister, would have their lives senselessly snatched away."

Miami Gardens Mayor Oliver Gilbert said: "We are always looking for tips. This of course is horrific. So we are working day and night -- all of our resources -- on trying to bring the people who did this to justice."

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call them at the Miami Gardens Police at 305-474-1400.
