Surveillance video shows a man shooting a woman in the shoulder at a West Palm Beach restaurant during an argument, authorities said.
Officers responded to the shooting at Las Brisas Restaurant at 5201 Georgia Avenue on Sunday July 7, according to the West Palm Beach Police Department.
When they arrived at the scene, they found 47-year-old Margaritta Sandoval inside on the floor suffering from a gunshot wound to her right shoulder, officials said.
The confrontation began when Sandoval started yelling at 30-year-old Victor Yovanni Martinez for grabbing her buttocks, according to a West Palm Beach police report. She grabbed a beer bottle and threw it at Martinez, who was with an unknown man, as they he walked out of the restaurant, but she missed, the report said.

An unidentified witness followed Martinez and the other man into the parking lot, where Sandoval showed up holding another beer bottle, according to the report. She began to argue with Martinez, who had pulled out a shotgun from his Chevrolet Avalanche, the report said.
Officials say the witness then grabbed Sandoval and tried to pull her back into the restaurant when he saw Martinez begin to load the shotgun. Once it was loaded, the witness then tried to grab the gun away from Martinez, but he lost his grip and Martinez was able to fire, the report said.
Martinez and the other man then fled in the Chevrolet, but police were later able to locate Martinez. Officials said he confessed to the shooting during an interview.
He is being held without bond at the Palm Beach County Jail on charges of attempted first degree murder with a firearm.
Sandoval was taken to Saint Mary's Medical center in critical condition and treated for her wounds. Her condition is unknown.
