Tropical Storm Dorian formed in the Atlantic Wednesday morning, about 400 miles west of the Cape Verde Islands off the coast of Africa.
The fourth named storm of the season, Dorian is moving west, northwest at 21 miles per hour with 50 mile per hour winds.

The National Hurricane Center predicts Dorian will remain a weak tropical storm through Sunday or Monday, passing just north of the British Virgin Islands. The storm could pass through the Lesser Antilles and Puerto Rico, which are in its long-range forecast cone.
Tropical Storm Dorian is not yet expected to become a hurricane.
