A man was arrested after he yelled, cursed and told a Martin County Sheriff’s deputy: “I am not going anywhere until I get my weed,” a recently release arrest report said.

On July 13, Nicholas Dimig, 34, appeared to be drunk and said he had gone to a house on the 2900 block of Southeast Ellendale Street, to buy marijuana, according to the report.

But Dimig told deputies that an “illegal alien took his money and would not give him his weed,” the arrest report said.

The homeowner told deputies that he had just arrived from church when Dimig came into his yard yelling about his money being taken.

The homeowner asked him to leave but Dimig refused, the report said.

When the deputy arrived, he asked Dimig to leave the property but he refused saying he would not leave without his marijuana.

According to the report, Dimig was arrested after he continued to curse, yell and cause a public disturbance.

Dimig was taken to the Martin County Jail. It wasn’t immediately known if he had an attorney.
