A man driving a stolen truck was arrested in Daytona Beach after police found a "death kit" in the car, a Daytona Beach Police arrest affidavit said.
Tolga Miran, 29, was charged with grand theft and aggravated stalking after police spoke to his wife, who said he was likely going to kill her, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported.
According to the arrest report, the "death kit" included a fully loaded Glock 9mm handgun, fillet knife, screwdriver, gallon of bleach, latex gloves, 50 feet of rope, several rolls of duct tape, two large coolers, a roll of heavy duty garbage bags and prescriptions meds, the report said.
When police asked Miran what he was doing with the items in the kit, he could not give them an explanation, according to the report.
His wife is listed on a domestic violence injunction and had been living in Daytona Beach since 2011, while Miran lived in Lehigh Acres in Lee County, the report said.
According to authorities, his wife said the only reason he was in Daytona Beach was to kill her, the report said.
