Sunday will be warm and sunny, with just a few showers possible.
Highs will reach about 90 degrees and a tropical wave south of Cuba may pump in some moisture, giving South Florida a 30 percent chance of rain.
A strong easterly breeze will usher in a few coastal showers through the morning, bringing a high risk of rip currents on area beaches. Small crafts should exercise caution on offshore waters.
Warm and dry conditions will persist throughout the week. Monday and Tuesday will be mainly dry with highs at 91 degrees. Some scattered storms will come back into the forecast Wednesday, with a 30 percent chance of rain.
