A Port St. Lucie woman who was arrested after a traffic stop is facing drug possession charges after deputies found a bag of marijuana and a bag of cocaine in her vagina, authorities said.
Jayme Nicole Poma, 23, was arrested on an active warrant for failure to appear in court after she was pulled over back on Feb. 17, according to a recently released arrest report obtained by TCPalm.com.
Poma was taken to the St. Lucie County Jail where she was searched and told to change into the jail uniform, but that's when a deputy noticed something unusual.

According to the report, the deputy found a purple sock in Poma's underwear and when Poma was asked to remove it, the deputy "observed a plastic baggy hanging out of Ms. Poma's vagina."
The baggie had a green substance that was later discovered to be four grams of marijuana, the report said.

When the deputy had Poma squat and cough, a second plastic baggy "appeared" from her vagina, the report said. That baggie had a white substance inside that later tested positive for cocaine.
Poma was hit with charges of smuggling contraband into a detention facility and possession of marijuana and cocaine. It was unknown whether she has an attorney.
