Two penthouses atop of the Miami Beach Edition hotel have sold for a combined price of $34 million, the highest condo sale ever in Florida, the Wall Street Journal has reported.
The two side-by-side Miami Beach triplex penthouses combined have eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three half baths, two pools and a 360 degree view of the ocean, downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. They have a total of 16,162 square feet. Of that 9,843 square feet is inside.
South Beach Condo Sells For $25 Million
The Miami Beach Edition hotel is replacing the old Seville Hotel, and is currently under construction. The penthouses are at the residences of the hotel. They will have 26 units when finished next April.
Both condos have a private elevator, opening to a rooftop with a pool, cabanas, outdoor kitchen and a glass enclosed dining area.

The buyer’s broker declined give details on the buyer, but told the Wall Street Journal that he was an American.
