Police are investigating after the naked body of a man washed ashore in Miami Beach early Thursday.
Police identified the victim later in the day as Adam Rosignolo, 25, of Miami Beach.
His body was found around 1:30 a.m. in the area of 25th Street and Collins Avenue, witnesses said.
Police confirmed that a body was found in the area and said they found some clothes belonging to him. Detectives and the medical examiner were at the scene investigating early Thursday morning.

Students at a nearby language school said they saw police and decided to check out what the commotion was about.
"We were just in a room and we saw the police car so we just came out to see and now we see a dead body," student Liza Lenzi said.

"I was with my friend and I saw the police men going to the beach so we went there and we saw a dead body and it was so incredible cause its the first time that I've seen that in my life," Alexandra Mathiu said. "It's just so scary because it's in front of our school."
Police are trying to determine what caused the man's death.
