A Davie man is facing several child pornography charges after he solicited a 14-year-old girl to send him naked photographs of her in exchange for an Apple iPod, police said Friday.
Michael Solano, 62, is facing 15 counts of use of a child in sexual performance, five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of computer pornography, Davie Police said.
Solano was being held on $426,000 bond Friday, jail records showed. It was unknown whether he has an attorney.
Solano was arrested after Davie Police and the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a warrant at a home in the 400 block of Southwest 132nd Terrace, police said.
When officers previewed Solano's computer, they found five images of child pornography, police said.
