Miami Beach officials responded to a fire at the Forever 21 on Lincoln Road Friday morning.
Officials said a welding accident on the roof of the store at 701 Lincoln Road caused the fire.
Fire rescue was called after a passerby noticed smoke coming from the roof.
Although the fire was minor, the store and the surrounding area was evacuated. Lincoln Road has reopened, but the Forever 21 will remain closed for the remainder of the day.
Officials said there were no injuries.
